I'm Alex Bales
In high school, I gained a bunch of weight and struggled with performance, but with a personal trainer's help, I lost weight and built muscle. After a setback due to illness, I rebuilt myself and fell in love with fitness in the process.
I eventually set my sights on making a career of it and now I’m a certified personal trainer with a degree in Fitness Management from Purdue Northwest.
I've started my own business, Alex Bales Strength & Wellness, to make fitness simple and fun.
Most of my clients are busy women who believed they had to exhaust themselves to get in shape. I taught them that simplicity and consistency are key, not complex methods.
By focusing on basic compound movements and limiting workouts, we can achieve great results in just a few weeks.
